Consultation Groups

Build confidence with EMDR theory & practice through clarity, kindness, and curiosity. Each member receives dedicated time for consultation while the whole group learns together in supportive connection. The focus is developing proficiency and confidence with the 8-Phase 3-Prong Standard EMDR Protocol and is best suited for newly-trained clinicians or those feeling a bit rusty in their use of EMDR therapy. This is a monthly 2-hour group that will meet on Zoom for 5 consecutive months, resulting in your earning 10 group consultation hours that can count towards your total hours for Certification. This will be a closed group limited to 4 participants who will progress as a cohort. Each participant will have 30 minutes to present their clinical work and receive feedback from the Consultant and other members.

Participants will come prepared with clinical work to present, preferably typed in a format that can screen-shared with the group. Participants may use their own conceptualization forms or the sample templates that will be provided.

The cost per group is $80, paid upfront at time of registration ($400). Payment plans are available. Because this is a closed group, refunds are not available for missed sessions. Unforeseen emergency absences will result in a credit being issued towards future consultation.

Receive support with screening, assessment, differential diagnosis, conceptualization, and treatment planning for clients with dissociative presentations. This group is not exclusive to EMDR therapists and is open to any clinicians who would benefit from support around dissociation.

This is a drop-in group that will be held as scheduled on Fridays from 9-10am Eastern time. There is no ongoing commitment and monthly registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendance will be limited to 3 participants per month. Participants will come prepared with clinical work to present and questions to address in consultation. Each participant will have 15-20 minutes to present and receive feedback.

The fee per group is $40; please contact me if cost is a barrier. No cost for students/interns to attend if agency funds are unavailable to cover fee. Refunds are available if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice; unavoidable emergency absences will result in a credit being issued towards future consultation.

Register for October 2 – Please check your Zoom confirmation email for the link to complete the Consultation Agreement and submit payment to finalize registration. Previous attendees do not need to complete a new consultation agreement.
