Hi there! My name is Katy. My practice is centered around helping people recover from the effects of trauma, stress, and adverse experiences in their lives. I use EMDR therapy combined with other counseling styles to help you work through your stuff and start feeling better about your life.
I work with individual adults, many of whom are twenty-somethings, students, young professionals, and those who have been carrying heavy burdens for far too long and are sick of it. I commonly see folks who are ready to do the difficult and sacred work of facing the past and clearing the path for a more hopeful future.
*Please note that I do not have current availability for new weekly therapy clients. I do have limited availability for intensive programs. I am unable to respond to requests for referrals at this time.*
